Gurucare Technologies located at Begumpet. They have Cbay accounts to work. The most annoying part is the Mts and PRs have to work even on Sundays. The accounts have so many demographics that Mts working on these accounts are not able to understand what is what. There are always vacancies with them. Anybody can just drop at there office and give interview.

Medical Transcriptionist Salary

The medical transcriptionist salary is trending upward - slowly - but still affected by massive changes in the industry. If we didn't laugh, we'd cry! So enjoy.
What is happening to the medical transcription profession? As an MT, I feel that we are being bombarded by massive changes in the industry - voice recognition, offshoring, electronic records - and we're standing helplessly by as these changes threaten our jobs and, more specifically, our paychecks. Of course, MTs don't actually have to pay bills and raise a family, they just work for fun, so providing a living wage is not really something the companies who hire them need to be concerned about. So I decided to come up with ways for companies to save money on transcription.
1. For MTs paid by the report, don't pay for linked reports. After all, no one actually has two hands and two feet - that's just a myth.
2. When paying by the report, don't pay for long reports. We enjoy typing those so much, we'd actually do it for free. In fact, give us all long reports, and let the cherry-pickers at the hospital have a break from the long ones.
3. For MTs paid by the line, don't for spaces. Spaces are not actually required, do not involve any "work", and actually provide health benefits to the employee, who gains extra muscles in their thumbs, thus improving fitness.
4. Don't invest in a clear dictation system. Those staticky recordings provide more health benefits to the employee, who gains extra muscles in their ankle as they rewind/play for the 100th time, thus improving fitness.
5. Don't invest in a good voice recognition system. After all, we don't actually type when we "edit" the nonsense that VR puts out. Everyone knows it's a simple matter of reading along. And, of course, everyone believes the vendor when they say their product produces 98% accuracy. (Oh look, is that the emperor? And is he not wearing any clothes?)
6. Send all work off shore. After all, it's a global economy, we've worked hard to make the United States one of the richest nations on earth, and we should share our wealth with the rest of the world. Don’t worry about the American MT - they can always find jobs at WalMart. Also, don't worry about the offshore MT not knowing English. Third world countries assure us that they all speak English and, after all, why shouldn't we believe them? And, don't worry about security. Just because HIPAA, which is a U.S. law, can't be enforced outside of our country, that's not your problem. In fact, offshoring gives an additional economic trickle-down effect to terrorists and identity thieves, who would only have to get a job at a transcription company in Pakistan to further their careers.
7. Don't pay for any reports containing the number 3. Doing so will save tens of dollars.
8. Don't pay for any reports with blanks in them. If we can't type every word, we don't need to get paid for any of it.
9. Don't pay holiday pay unless we are actually tied to our computer for the entire holiday shift and are available to type the 3 jobs that come in so that we can "work" 8 hours and get paid for 2. (Family always comes second.)
10. Come up with more extra work that doesn't involve an actual completed report so that we can be considered more productive employees. This would include looking up addresses, correcting patient demographics, changing incorrect patient ID numbers in the Dictaphone system, reading through 50 pages of account specifics (be sure to change them daily so that we have more productive work to do that doesn't actually involve typing), constant emails, to name but a few. Any help we give our fellow MTs, like listening to an unclear word, is paid for by karma and not in your budget, so you won't save any money there.
11. Don't pay for the extra equipment and phone services we need. After all, does Microsoft actually provide their programmers with a computer and a phone?
12. Hire a monkey. The rumor is they don't need to be paid at all, except in a box of bananas a week. As for the need to actually know medical terminology, well....you get what you pay for.

Thanks for your interest. You can start your home based medical transcription by sending 1500/- as administration charges. You can start working from home within one week to two months depending on adjustment with our templates, formatting, and accuracy. How to stop fraud companies from cheating MTs

This is a very good comment left by someone here is an example how it can be stopped by the government. Simple the Companies who want there work to be done must display there register number on there site. First of registration should be must for the websites and also for those companies or individuals who offer work and the government must make it mandatory for them to register and a Photo of person such as company owner should be posted on the site so that they should have fear while cheating Mts. And registration fee should be minimum 2 lakhs so that if they stop paying then the government should give salaries from the deposited money

Infokey Solutions and Infoscrip Bangalore

This is to enlighten the MT fraternity in Bangalore. Please dont join Cbay Bangalore, especially the Airport road unit called CTU1 (also called Infokey Solutions). The airport road facility is actually split into 2 units, Infoscript and Infokey Solutions. This Infokey company is run by a tyrant and few of his close aides. They always are thinking of new ways to deduct salaries. These close aides do not produce a single line for the company, and they all work in redundant designations with high salaries. Since their designations are redundant, they just agree and implement whatever the tyrant says, just to secure their jobs. These aides spend all their time in the cafeteria or strolling on the production floor doing nothing or just calling meetings for silly reasons and wasting everybody's time. They just show off their authority on the people who really work and produce lines for the company. At Cbay, there are a number of people to pressurize you to do more work, but when it comes to payment, everybody shuns responsibility or they just cite some silly company policy for deductions. Also, all the leave and holidays are just on paper. If your weekly off falls on a holiday, you wont even be given a compensatory off or extra pay for it instead. While your peer whose weeky off doesnt fall on a holiday gets both his off and his holiday. Also, they have a number of ways to deduct your salary and incentives at the end of the month. They do MQ work and do not pay you according to lines shown in MQ software. They use their own software to calculate linecount and this software always shows lesser lines than what you have actually done. Also, they have recruited a lot of freshers, and as a QA, you might endup proofing substandard files from morning to night and get paid a low salary at the end of the month. To be honest, MTs' salary is competitive. Also, I believe other CBay centers are managed well. But if you are a QA and thinking of CBay, please dont join Cbay airport road facilty. The work environment at Cbay really sucks.

British INfotel Bangalore

Hi, friends one of our member went all the way to bangalore to give interview in the British Infotel. To go to the office take bus to Basawesware Nagar. Just align at circle walk straight then you will find or ask about Nataraj Gym, adjusant to that there is a lane to left side. After that the second building is British Infotel building.

The interview consists of five audios which are cosmetic and otology related. So be prepared, but the site or the software they provided did not help you in every bit. You cannot find drugs. It is not at all helpful for transcription work. Do not know why they did not provided medical dictionary and the software BNF they provided did not help even in finding stedmans words.

Hi friends about "PRACHI RAGHAVA" hey your the person who take work from companies and then give to the MTs. Please Mr. Raghava see details of Vikna Prakash who did the same to the Mts robbing of there hard work and also the case of Meenakshi who after her name coming out contacted Mts and paid to them (she got hospitalized and was in critical condition when that article was posted as told to us) now why are you afraid in the first place. Give MTs all the details of your physical address which city or place you are located then give work to them. And now yourself there is no rule that an individual can get work and give it to others. If such kind of persons like you get work and then sometimes disappear without giving money to MTs. If you are not such one why are serious about it. We are cautioning Mts in all the front so that no one gets cheated. Take the case of Dr. Zebon Isreal he also gets works from companies who advertise here and then gives to the Home based Mts. " What will happen if you did not get paid for the work then automatically you won't pay to the MTs and we do not want this kind of situation. If you are real enough give your land line or phone number and your physical address so that Mts might be able to acess your identity and then they can get work from you and work. If you are a good person then give out your physical details.

Actions speak better than words. Physical address please.

If you are not satisfied about my language then we do not regret using that because we give priority for the Mts and not cheaters. Our aim is to protect Mts interest.

Snapscribes( Kerala) Mrecord Vendor Fraud

Inspite of repeated appeals to pay to the MTs who have worked with them Snapscribe is not at all responding. This is to inform Mrecord that Snapscribe who is Vendor of Mrecord has been giving HBT work and has not paid Mts. They have given work in the morning and in the night shift. They have not even paid to them Mr. Jaya Mohan who is working and who is told to be the incharge of payment department is not at all responding and they have no intentions to pay to the Mts regarding this so, we request mrecord to save Mts from exploitation of such kind of there vendors.

An email has been sent to mrecord in this regard and a message has been left on there office land phone number.

They will contact you by providing different company names, after working very hard I finally found out that shabd scribe is the original company. They will contact you for subcontract work at 1.5 and 1.6 for upload and payment date they will say 45 days after generating invoice that means 1.5 month after you raise invoice but you will never get payment. Last name they have used to cheat people is K2scribes www.k2scribes.com and before that they used sandune scribes They will give contact IDs of their person Hussain, Tayyab etc...but beware of those people. He has switched off his mobile now and i think changed his simcard. phone number was 9291544080 Address on the website is also wrong.
